Local Database Backup
Prepare the Joomla database to upload. Backup your database, if using phpMyAdmin, please access phpMyAdmin from your local web browser.
Select the database you want to Joomla upload from the drop down menu "database". After the database and display selected table, click on the "export". Then select all and select a check box "Add Drop Table".
Do not replace the other unless you know what you do. Check "Save as file" and press the "go" right down the browser. The browser will issue a confirmation to the local computer store.
Database Setup
Login to cPanel of your hosting and click on the MySQL Databases link. Find the "Create Database". Here, the MySQL database to create a Joomla web will upload. Enter the name of the database and Joomla press "Create Database".
After successfully creating the database, you need to ensure that the web can access it Joomla. Is required for MySQL user who has rights to access the database.
Please navigate cPanel to cPanel --> MySQL Databases and search for the "Add Users". Enter your username and password for the MySQL user. Press the "Create User".
After creating user, now living gives the user access rights for the Joomla database. In cPanel> MySQL Databases, find two drop-down menu for the user and the database, select the Joomla database and created a new user and set to ALL Privileges and press "Add Users to Database"
Database Upload
Once you've finished creating the database and the user is now open phpMyAdmin in cPanel --> MySQL Databases --> phpMyAdmin. Select the database you want to Joomla upload from the drop down menu "database". After the database and display the selected table, click on the "import", browse the database backup file and press the button "Go" to import.
Setting configuration.php
Joomla configuration.php file contains information Joomla web, database, user, and others. Before uploading files to your hosting server, you must change the Joomla configuration. Backup file configuration.php become configuration.local.php. Open the configuration.php file and change some values such as below and save. The example below uses the assumption that you want to make Joomla accessible through web http://yourdomain.tld/.
$ mosConfig_absolute_path = '/ home / [USERNAME] / public_html';
$ mosConfig_cachepath = '/ home / [USERNAME] / public_html / cache';
$ mosConfig_password = '[PASSWORD_DATABASE_JOOMLA]';
$ mosConfig_user = '[USERNAME] _ [NAMA_DATABASE_JOOMLA]';
Note:
Database name and username will be assigned prefix "[USERNAME] _" where username is taken from the cPanel login.
Do not forget MySQL user password case-sensitive.
Setting $ mosConfig_host should be localhost.
$ mosConfig_host = 'localhost';
Upload Files
Zip files in the directory local Joomla. After that run the application and uploaded to the FTP directory you want. Can also use the File Manager in cPanel --> File Manager to upload. If you want to make Joomla as the main web, please upload the Joomla zip file into the public_html directory so that Joomla can be accessed through http://yourdomain.tld/.

After the upload is complete, use File Manager in cPanel --> File Manager and navigate to the directory where Joomla zip file is uploaded, click the file name, later the right of web browsers will display several options, click "Extract File Contents". Refresh File Manager, click on the public_html directory name, will appear later files successfully extracted.

etc.
Now your site has been configured, check if your action is right. Go to http://www.yourdomain.tld/ in your browser. You will see your website now.
Tips:
After setting Joomla configuration file, you must change permission of file, set to CHMOD 444 or unwriteable access.
